We ship from Tampa, FL. We use both UPS and USPS to ship our packages, depending on travel distance. Once shipped, delivery times usually take 1-5 business days. You should receive tracking information when your item leaves our facility. (This email may go to your spam/junk folder)
Shipping Costs
As you know, shipping costs are very high. We want to take on part of the shipping cost burden. We ship from Tampa, FL, and will begin charging flat rates to 5 different zones. Once you enter your address at checkout, your flat-rate shipping cost will be displayed. The range will be $7.95 - $12.95.

PrayerBowls will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double-check your shipping address.
Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to refund the credit card used for the purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Once we have received the returned product in new condition, please allow 7-14 business days to process the transaction. You will receive an email acknowledging the refund.
