It has come to our attention that numerous websites have popped up pretending to sell our PrayerBowls, sometimes at a significant discount. Sadly, we've learned from other creators that this is common. Many of these sites only exist to steal credit card information. Others are selling cheap knockoffs of our product.
These counterfeit sites and products are particularly deceptive because they have stolen our copyrighted videos, images, logo and content. These sites advertise aggressively on Facebook and Instagram and promote significant discounts and immediate shipments. One site that ships from China can be found here https://homeeloveusa.com/products/josephine-prayer-bowl
Our attorneys are vigorously pursuing each violation of our intellectual property, but since it is relatively easy to spin up a new website, it is likely that new ones will continue to appear.
What to do if you have been a victim?
If you are concerned that you have been scammed, you can send your order confirmation to info@prayerbowls.com and we can verify if your order is authentic. If you have been scammed, we encourage you to dispute the charges with your credit card company or PayPal. We have received reports from others who were victims of these sites that they have had success getting their money back by disputing the charge.
Your help is vital to shutting these scam sites down
Our intellectual property team has successfully shut down many of these sites! The efforts to shut them down are helped in large measure by you, our loyal backers, who reported their deceptive ads to us, to Facebook and to other platforms.
If you see scam sites or questionable knockoffs being sold, let us know by sending an email to info@prayerbowls.com and we will investigate. We will fight to protect our intellectual property and to protect our loyal supporters from being scammed by such unethical and often illegal activity.
