A Prayer For Courageous Hope
Father God,
as we step into this sacred week, we courageously hold to this hope: that we will see your goodness in the land of the living. For as your followers, we seek your face, and your goodness. We long to dwell close to you, gaze upon your beauty, and rest in your presence all of the days of our lives. Living on this side of the cross, we know with confidence that through Jesus, this hope is reality. So, this week, as we remember the passion of Christ and sit in the dark days ahead, we will take heart and give thanks for your great love and we wait in faith to celebrate the victory of Resurrection Sunday and the next coming of Jesus, our King of kings.
In the beautiful name of my Savior, I pray, Amen
