A Heart Aligned With God’s Call
Father God,
You are a good, good Father. Thank you for showing me what is good and for clearly instructing me on how to live a life as a follower of your ways.
Lead me to be just, not just with my words but with my actions. Please help me always stand for what is right, good, and true. Help me defend those who are vulnerable. Help me treat all people with dignity, fairness, and respect. And help me live out the truths in your Word.
Lord, teach me to love kindness and all the fruit it produces. Let my words encourage, let me love deeply, let me generously forgive as I have been forgiven, let me show compassion to all, and let me share the Good News and the hope that can be found through Jesus.
Lord, I want to remain humbly walking with you, remembering all that I have and all that I am are gifts from you. Keep me close to you, O God. Let all I do and say be a reflection of your kind, just, and merciful heart.
