A Prayer Of Thanks
Gracious Father,
Today, we give thanks to You, from whom all our blessings flow. We thank you for Jesus, who restored our connection with you and promises us eternal life. Thank you for the gift of your Spirit that dwells in us and guides our daily steps.We thank you for the important people you have put in our lives, the gift of supportive families and/or encouraging friends; and we look forward to and appreciate the time we have to gather and celebrate. Lord, we ask you to abundantly bless those serving others on Thanksgiving Day. We also lift up the brokenhearted and pray that they may feel your presence and be comforted.Thank you for being a God who loves and gives so generously. We will praise you forever and ever, Amen
