We typically take 1-3 business days to process your order.
- Orders placed on Monday will ship out Tuesday or Wednesday.Â
- Orders placed on Tuesday will ship out Wednesday or Thursday......
- Orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday.     Â
We ship Monday - Friday from Tampa, FL. We use both Fed Ex, UPS and USPS to ship our packages depending on travel distance. Once shipped, delivery times usually take 1-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
As you know shipping costs are outrageous. We want to take on part of the shipping cost burden. We ship from Tampa FL and will begin charging flat rates to 5 different zones. Once you put your address in at checkout, your flat rate shipping cost will be revealed. The range will be $7.95 - $12.95.

PrayerBowls will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your ship to address.
Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to refund the credit card used for the purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Once we have received the returned product in new condition, please allow 7-14 business days to process the transaction. Â You will receive an email acknowledging the refund.
